DSC to Arrange 7th Dubai International Sports Conference on 27th & 28th Dec. 2012 under title "Values of Professionalism … Thought & Practice"


 

 
The Organizing Committee for the 7th Dubai International Sports Conference convened a massive meeting at Dubai Sports Council's premises, chaired by Mr. Mohammed Al-Kamali, Member of DSC's Executive Office and Head of the Conference's Organizing Committee.
The meeting was held in the presence of Dr. Aisha Bu Sumait, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee and Conference's Director along with other Organizing Committee's members.
Dubai International Sports Conference has become the most eminent event in the sports agenda of the area and considered as one of the most prominent world sports conferences; specialized in football, taking into consideration that the Italian coach, Fabio Capello, has described the event as the best football conference he ever joins along his full sports career.        
Mr. Mohammed Al-Kamali referred that DSC's Executive Office has reviewed the plan of work, submitted by the Organizing Committee. The Executive Office appreciated the plan and praised the utmost efforts exerted by respective bodies, particularly the wide-range press conference during which several important matters were announced; such as participation of the French star, Michel Platini, and Italian coach, Fabio Capello as speakers.
Mr. Al-Kamali announced that the 7th edition of the Conference to be held on 27th & 28th Dec. 2012 under title "Values of Professionalism … Thought & Practice". The Organizing Committee has been assigned to fix topics of all sessions, decide names of sessions' heads & speakers and then raise the matter to the Executive Office for approval. Instructions have been given to various parties to facilitate all tasks of the Organizing Committee.  
Dr. Aisha Bu Sumait stated: "The Organizing Committee is keen to keep on the same track of success, attained in the last six editions. The upcoming edition to focus on football companies & related challenges / tackle means to attain promising development / review successful experiences via lectures & workshops".
She added: "The 6th edition of the Conference attracted elite speakers and dealt with distinctive topics. Accordingly, we have to exert much more efforts to keep on the same track of success. In this respect, we have commenced preparations earlier to host the event. We have fixed the Conference's date, specified speakers and decided the event's motto. We have sufficient time to deal with marketing & promotion fields / specify sessions' topics & speakers in order make the matter clear for attendees who are keen to join the event from UAE and other Arab countries at their own expenses to get benefit of the Conference's topics and to be acquainted with experiences of successful clubs in management and sports making fields".    
The Organizing Committee has decided – since last April – several sports topics which are driven from previous recommendations, current situation for professionalism management & international law. Invitations have been extended to several international parties, coaches, players and heads of sports corporations to join the 7th edition's sessions & workshops. Other details & further speakers to be announced later.
The Organizing Committee emphasized that intensive mobilization campaigns & meetings to be held in clubs before commencement of the Conference to explain topics' details. Respective bodies to announce competition's topics and to fix dates of forms' submittal.
